The Problem

ShareChat's RMG vertical had early traction at 1Cr monthly GMV but needed to prove the business model could scale with unit economics.

The Bet I Made

An offline-first approach — invest in ground operations, retail distribution, and sales-driven acquisition rather than pure digital spend.

How I Built It

Built and led the retail operations app, designed the commission structure for CM1/CM2 profitability, drove sales and marketing strategy on the ground.

The Outcome
