Every role I've taken has been about building from zero at the intersection of business and technology.

Build from zero, then scale it

I thrive in 0-to-1 and 1-to-100 environments. Built Inc42 Datalabs from scratch to 50L+ ARR. Built ShopClips from idea to 50 paying clients. Scaled Jeet11 from 1Cr to 30Cr GMV. The pattern: take something that doesn't exist, make it work, then make it scale.

Ship, measure, iterate — in that order

I build measurement systems before building features. The 42-event analytics framework at Inc42 was built before most product features. At Viacom18, the audience overlap framework came before the content strategy. You can't improve what you can't measure.

Technology solves business problems

I'm most effective at the intersection of business acumen (GTM, unit economics, sales) and technical depth (data infrastructure, AI, analytics). At ShareChat, tech-enabled offline distribution outperformed digital-only competitors. At Inc42, AI synthesis creates a moat that raw data volume cannot replicate.
