Philosophy

The principles that guide how I build products and businesses.

Ship fast, learn faster

Speed of learning is the only sustainable advantage. I'd rather ship something imperfect today and iterate than spend months building in a vacuum. The market teaches you faster than any strategy deck.

Business outcomes over feature output

I measure success in revenue, retention, and unit economics — not story points or feature launches. Every product decision starts with 'what business outcome does this drive?'

Build the team before the product

The right 3 people will outbuild the wrong 10. I invest disproportionately in hiring and team culture because that's where compounding returns live.

Data informs, judgment decides

I build analytics infrastructure obsessively — event schemas, dashboards, cohort analysis. But data shows you what happened, not what to do. The best decisions combine data rigor with founder instinct.
